Alongside theatre and arts, music is a huge aspect of my life. I have played and sung in various ensembles over the years, as well as being on their committees. A brief overview of my music and performance roles is below:

Committee Member (Designer and Gig Manager) for All Saints Concert Band (2017-present) –

Working with the committee organising concerts and social events, with a focus on event design and management, including player availability and managing sign-up sheets; liaising with venues and other relevant organisations; designing graphics including posters, programmes, social media banners, and tickets; and spatial and stage design for our larger, themed concerts.

Chair of South London Symphonic Winds (2015-2016) –

Organising concerts, gigs, and social events; working with the committee and musical director to plan rehearsals and events, and co-ordinating with sister groups; overseeing budget; managing social media; keeping members informed of important information and dates.

President of UAL Music Society (2013-2015) and Vice-President of UAL Music Society (2012-2013) –

Organising concerts, rehearsals, and social events across the choir, orchestra, and bands; managing budget; employing conductors and accompanist; running social media presences; working as a team within the committee and with the Students’ Union; being approachable to members; relaying information in an appropriate and efficient manner.

Flute (ABRSM Grade 8 – Merit) and Piccolo

Singing (Classical – ABRSM Grade 8 – Distinction) (Alto/Mezzo-soprano)

Clarinet (ABRSM Grade 8 – Merit) (currently working on ARSM performance diploma)

Experience of performing in concerts and live events as part of choirs and both small and large instrumental groups, and as a soloist in flute, piccolo, and voice. Also experience in an a capella jazz duet, competing in festivals, and basic skills on keyboard and acoustic guitar.

Experience of orchestrating and arranging music for theatrical events.
